Exercise Exercise Time !

Went for Frisbee together with my sis and her frens too in the evening where the weather is cloudy but not windy at Tiong Bahru Park.

Quite a long time since i played with it. hahha but my throwing still ok lah except for forehand throw !
We played for 2 hours, practicing and also some other games thought by them. those frisbee games. lol.....
Fun Fun Fun !!!! but that place got alot of mosquitos !!! bloody hell. Im itching all over !!!!!

Me went home early, while my sis stays behind with her frens.

Today's F1 kinda not expected haha....Massa supposed to be the champion but ohohoh suay lor.
He turns up to be the last !
And Alonso turns up to be the first ! from last to 1st wor !
SEE so unexpected right.
